Trengo fits customer service teams of ten or more that handle email, website chat and messaging together, want an AI agent for support, and work within a monthly conversation allowance.
Karobar fits small shops and brands that sell through social media and WhatsApp, with one to ten people. Karobar is not priced per conversation, includes TikTok, comments and posting, and turns chats into orders with courier tracking.
Pricing explained
Trengo's pricing page lists Boost at €299 a month billed annually for 10 users and 500 conversations a month, and Pro at €499 for 20 users and 1,500 conversations. Extra conversations, voice, broadcasting and an AI surcharge per conversation are billed on top.
Karobar's Individual plan is $20 a month for one user, Team is $39 for three, Brand $59 for five and Enterprise $199 for ten, with 12% off yearly. Plans are not counted per conversation; each has a contact limit (1,000, 5,000, 15,000 or 50,000), and AI use draws on the plan's credits.
A worked example: a shop with five people
A shop with five people answering WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok messages, around 2,000 conversations a month in the busy season, would start on Trengo's Boost plan at €299 a month billed annually, then pay for conversations beyond the 500 included. TikTok is not listed among Trengo's channels. On Karobar, the Brand plan includes five users for $59 a month and up to 15,000 contacts, with TikTok, comments, posting, orders and ad results, and no charge per conversation.
What Karobar does not do
Karobar does not handle email, has no website chat widget and no voice calling. If your support runs through email and live chat on your website, Trengo covers those channels.

- How many conversations do you have in a busy month? Check how each tool charges as you grow.
- Which channels do customers use? Email and website chat point to Trengo; TikTok and social comments point to Karobar.
- Is your inbox for support or for selling? Karobar turns chats into orders with courier tracking.
- Do you also need to post content and see ad results? Karobar includes both.
