Terms of Service

Parties

These terms are between you and Karobar Software, 61-B, Faisal Town, Lahore, Pakistan. Karobar.io, the mobile apps and the web CRM are collectively referred to as the Service.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds, cancellation and trials are described in our Refund, Return and Cancellation policy. Those pages form part of this agreement.

The service

Karobar is one software product delivered as a subscription licence: a shared inbox and CRM for social sellers, with unified messaging across connected channels, AI-assisted drafts, a sales desk, product catalog, team collaboration and insights. Plans and limits are shown on the Pricing page. Features vary by plan, and some depend on third-party platforms whose availability we do not control.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business during an active subscription or trial. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or use the Service to build a competing product.

Intellectual property

Karobar Software owns the Service, including the software, design, trademarks and documentation. You own the content and business data you put into your workspace.

Feedback you send us about the product may be used to improve Karobar without payment to you.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. You must be at least 18 and, if you are accepting on behalf of a business, authorised to bind it.

Third-party platforms

Connecting Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp), TikTok, YouTube or Google Business Profile is optional. When you connect a platform, you authorise Karobar to access, store and send content on your behalf so those features work in the Service.

Your relationship with each platform is governed solely by that platform’s terms and policies. You represent that you are entitled to grant Karobar that access without breaching those terms. If a platform withdraws our API access, or you revoke it, the related features may stop working.

You can disconnect a channel at any time in Settings.

YouTube

Karobar uses YouTube API Services to provide YouTube inbox, comments, publishing and insights for channels you connect.

By using those YouTube features, you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

Google Business Profile

If you connect Google Business Profile, Karobar uses that connection only to show the locations and reviews you manage and to post or delete review replies you send from the product.

Google may change or revoke API access at any time. We are not liable for loss caused by Google suspending that access.

Your content

You own the messages, media, product listings, reviews replies and other content you or your customers put into Karobar. You grant Karobar Software a limited licence to process that content only as needed to run the Service for you.

You are responsible for what you send, for complying with each connected platform’s rules, and for having a lawful basis to message the people you message. AI drafts require your review before sending unless you explicitly enable an automation.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your connected accounts, for what you send to your customers, and for complying with the policies of Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile and any other platform you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use Karobar for spam, unlawful sales, harassment, or anything that breaches a connected platform’s rules. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other tenants’ data, or resell the service without agreement.

Do not scrape Google, YouTube or other connected platforms through the Service. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or puts our platform API access at risk.

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are purchased on the web and renew automatically for the interval you choose until cancelled. The price shown at checkout for your region is the price charged. New workspaces may include a 7-day trial that does not require a card; when a trial ends the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is purchased. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. Refund rules are in our Refund, Return and Cancellation policy.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it and you can delete it. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Karobar available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected platforms, including Google and YouTube, can change or withdraw their APIs at any time. We may change features, and where a change materially reduces what you have paid for we will give reasonable notice.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Karobar Software against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your customers, your use of connected platforms, or your breach of these terms or of a platform’s rules.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Karobar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where a platform requires it. On deletion, the workspace is scheduled for removal with a 14-day window in which it can be restored.

Liability

Karobar is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Karobar Software in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss caused by a connected platform changing or suspending its service, including Google or YouTube.

Changes to these terms

We post updates to this page. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted is acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
