- Choose TikTok and sign in with the business account.
- Allow access to messages and comments.
- Ask someone to message you and check the inbox.
Good to know
- A business cannot start a TikTok conversation; the customer writes first.
- Replies follow TikTok's 48-hour windows and message limits; each chat shows what is left.
- TikTok business messaging is not available in every country (for example, not in the EU, Switzerland or the UK).
- Comments can be replied to, hidden, deleted, liked and pinned. Comment to DM is not available on TikTok.
Yes. TikTok Business Center (organic) and TikTok Ads Manager (paid) are two separate OAuth flows.
