- An Instagram professional account (business or creator)
- The Facebook Page linked to it, if you connect through Facebook
Steps
- In Karobar, open Settings, then Channels.
- Choose Instagram and sign in.
- Allow Karobar to manage messages and comments.
- Send a test DM from another account and check the inbox.
Good to know
- Normal replies for 24 hours after the customer's last message; a person can still reply for up to 7 days.
- Meta allows one private reply per comment; comment to DM uses it.
- Comments on posts appear in the comments view, separate from DMs.
