Your plan’s amount returns to your balance each month. Whatever was left over from last month does not stack on top.

Every AI action (a reply draft, a comment check, an ads audit) uses credits. Small jobs cost less, bigger ones cost more. The app shows the exact usage for each action.
Only the AI features pause. Inbox, chats, orders, contacts and team all keep working as before. You can top up any time, or wait for next month’s balance.
Top up any time from billing in Settings. $1 gets you 100 credits. Purchased credits never expire.
Your balance is topped back up to your plan’s amount each month. Credits you bought sit on top of that separately, and those are never reduced.
Karobar does not charge for messages. Having the AI draft or auto-reply does use credits, but a reply you write yourself does not.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time from billing in the app’s settings.
