Steps

  1. In Karobar, open Settings, then Channels.
  2. Choose Facebook and sign in.
  3. Pick the Page or Pages to connect.
  4. Messenger chats arrive in the inbox and Page comments in the comments view.

Good to know

  • Normal replies for 24 hours after the customer's last message; a person can still reply for up to 7 days.
  • Labels you add to Messenger chats also appear on the Page's own labels.
  • Comment to DM works on Page posts.
