Delete your Karobar account
Request deletion of your Karobar account and everything in it. You can do this here without installing the app.
Enter the email address your account uses. We will email a confirmation code to that address — we never delete an account from this page alone.
What happens when you confirm
- We email a confirmation code to the account owner. Nothing is deleted until that code is used.
- Once confirmed, the workspace is scheduled for deletion and every signed-in session is ended.
- You then have 14 days to change your mind. Sign in during that window and you can cancel the deletion.
- After 14 days everything is permanently destroyed: contacts, conversations, orders, products, connected channels, team members and all associated data. This cannot be undone.
Deleting from inside the app
You can also delete your account from the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. The flow and the 14-day window are the same.
Need help instead?
If you only want to disconnect a channel, remove a team member, or export your data, you do not need to delete the account. Contact us at support@karobar.io and we will help.
