Kommo is a messenger-based sales CRM: pipelines, a unified inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and Telegram, Salesbot automation and AI agents, priced per user. Karobar also puts WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok chats in one inbox, and adds comments from five networks, social posting, ad results and orders with cash on delivery and courier tracking.

Who each tool fits
Kommo fits sales teams that close deals over messengers and want a classic pipeline with stages, tasks and bots, including Telegram and email, and are happy to commit for six months or more.
Karobar fits shops that sell products through social media and WhatsApp. The sale is short: a question in the comments or DMs, an order, cash on delivery, a courier. Karobar handles that path end to end and adds posting, comments and ad results, paid monthly.
Pricing explained
Kommo's pricing page lists Base at $25, Advanced at $35 and Pro at $45 per user a month, billed for at least six months at a time, so Base for one user is $150 up front. Longer terms are offered too.
Karobar's Individual plan is $20 a month for one user and can be paid month by month; Team is $39 for three, Brand $59 for five and Enterprise $199 for ten, with 12% off yearly.
A worked example: three people
A team of three on Kommo's Advanced plan, which adds bots and broadcasting, is three times $35, or $105 a month, billed for six months: $630 up front. On Karobar, the Team plan includes three users for $39 a month, paid monthly, with chatbot flows, broadcasts, comments, posting, orders and ad results.
What Karobar does not do
Karobar does not connect Telegram or email, and its Sales Desk is built for product orders rather than long, multi-stage deals with custom pipelines. If you sell services with weeks-long sales cycles across Telegram and email, Kommo is built for that.
