Pricing explained
RecurPost's pricing page starts at $9 a month for two social accounts on Starter, $25 for five on Personal and $79 for twenty with three users on Agency, with extra accounts at $4 and extra teammates at $20 a month.
Karobar is priced for a business with a team: Individual at $20 for one user, Team at $39 for three, Brand at $59 for five and Enterprise at $199 for ten, with 12% off yearly. Every plan includes the inbox, WhatsApp, orders and ad results.
A worked example: three people, one shop
A shop with three people posting to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube and answering DMs needs four accounts and three users. On RecurPost, that points to the Agency plan at $79 a month, which includes three users and conversation assignment. On Karobar, the Team plan at $39 a month includes three users, WhatsApp, DMs from four apps, comments, orders, stock and ad results.
For one person who only schedules posts to many networks, RecurPost's Starter or Personal plans cost less.
What Karobar does not do
Karobar does not post to X, Pinterest, Threads or Bluesky, has no content libraries that recycle posts automatically, and has no free plan. It covers the six networks most shops sell on, and the inbox, WhatsApp and orders that come after the post.
Questions to ask before you choose
- Where do your customers ask to buy: in comments and DMs, or on your website? If it is in chat, you need an inbox that leads to orders.
- Which networks matter? If X, Pinterest or Threads bring you sales, RecurPost covers them and Karobar does not.
- How many people answer customers? Compare the price for your real team size, not for one user.
- Do you sell on WhatsApp? RecurPost does not list it; Karobar includes several numbers, broadcasts and chatbot flows.
- Do you run ads? Karobar shows Meta, TikTok and Snapchat ad results next to the chats they bring.
