Insights → Ad Insights shows your Meta, TikTok and Snapchat ads in one place, from the account down to each ad, without opening three ads managers.
1. Connect your ad accounts
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads): the Facebook connection brings your ad accounts. See Connect Instagram and Facebook.
- TikTok: connect a TikTok Ad Account. See Connect TikTok and TikTok Ads.
- Snapchat: connect Snapchat for Business in Settings → Channels.
2. Bring in your history
New days arrive every hour by themselves. For older results, click Import 12 months when Karobar says an account's history has not been imported yet. If some days in your chosen range are missing, Karobar tells you and offers Sync missing days, so totals are never quietly low.
3. Read the table
- Pick an ad account from the side list and a date range.
- Choose a level: Campaigns, Ad sets or Ads.
- Filter to Active, Off, or what Delivered in range, or search by name.
The columns cover results and cost per result, amount spent, impressions, reach, frequency, link clicks and click-through rate, cost per click, CPM, purchase value and ROAS, budget (daily or lifetime), objective and last delivery. Each row also shows its status, such as Active, Off, In review or Has issues.
Create a Meta campaign
Click Create Meta campaign, give it a name and an objective (Traffic, Sales, Leads, Awareness, Engagement or App promotion). It is created paused in Meta Ads Manager, so nothing spends until you switch it on there, and it appears in Karobar after the next sync. If Karobar asks you to, reconnect Facebook first to allow creating campaigns.
