Each network has its own extras. In the composer they are under Platform settings for each account, after you choose what to post as. This page lists what you can set on each network.
Where to find them
- In the composer, choose the accounts under Post to.
- For each account, pick what to Post as.
- Open Platform settings for that account.
- Post as: Post, Carousel, Reel, Story or Trial reel.
- Trial reel: shown to people who do not follow you first. Choose to share it with your followers automatically if it does well, or decide later.
- Invite collaborators: the post also appears on their profile when they accept.
- Music: licensed tracks from Instagram's library, with the volume of the original sound and the music.
- Also show in the profile grid, a location, people tagged on the photo, and a first comment.
- A caption can have up to 30 hashtags and 20 @mentions; Karobar warns you before it fails.
- Post as: Post, Photos, Video, Reel or Story.
- A first comment, and automations that DM people who comment.
TikTok
- Post as: Video, or Photo post with a short title shown above the photos.
- Who can see it: Everyone, Followers, Friends or Only me. Options turned off in the account's TikTok settings are greyed out.
- Allow comments, duets and stitches.
- Labels: Made with AI (TikTok's "AI-generated" label, which cannot be removed later), Promoting my business, and Paid partnership.
- Add music automatically: TikTok picks a song you can change in the app.
- Send to TikTok drafts: it is not posted; you finish and post it in the TikTok app.
- TikTok hashtags: type a word to see the hashtags people use and how many posts each has.
YouTube
- Post as: Video or Short.
- Title, description and search tags.
- Who can watch: Everyone, With the link, or Only me.
- Is it made for kids? YouTube requires an answer. Also say if realistic content was made or changed with AI.
- Thumbnail: custom thumbnails need a verified YouTube channel; otherwise YouTube picks one.
- Add to a playlist, tell subscribers, and set the category, video language, licence and embedding.
- Post as: Post, Photo post, Video or Document (PDF), with a document title shown in the feed.
- Who sees it on your profile: Anyone or My connections.
- Allow reshares so others can share it to their own feed.
Google Business Profile
Posts appear on your profile in Google Search and Maps, where people view and share them. Google posts do not take comments. To connect your locations, see Connect your Google Business Profile.
