Brevo WhatsApp pricing is easy to misread, because Brevo is an email marketing and CRM platform and WhatsApp is one of its additional channels. WhatsApp campaigns are part of Brevo's Professional and Enterprise plans, and every WhatsApp message is paid for with prepaid credits. Karobar starts from the other end: a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok, with WhatsApp broadcasts, chatbots, orders, courier tracking and stock on every plan, and no email at all.
This page compares the two for a small business that wants to sell and talk to customers on WhatsApp. Every statement about Brevo links to Brevo's own website or help center, numbered in the sources list at the end, and was checked on 15 October 2026. Brevo's pricing page first showed US dollars for our location; we switched it to euros and quote those figures. Where we could not find something on Brevo's pages, we left it out. Karobar's details come from our own product and our pricing page.

Who each tool fits
Brevo fits businesses whose marketing runs on email and newsletters, and who want WhatsApp, SMS and push as extra channels inside the same contact database and automation workflows. It also suits teams that want live chat on their website and a CRM for sales pipelines.
Karobar fits shops and small brands whose customers write on WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok, with one to ten people answering. The inbox, WhatsApp broadcasts, chatbots, comments, social posting, orders with courier tracking and ad results all come in one plan. If you need email newsletters, Karobar does not send email today, so many businesses would keep an email tool next to it.
Brevo WhatsApp pricing explained
Two things decide what WhatsApp costs on Brevo: the plan and the credits.
The plan. Brevo's WhatsApp page says WhatsApp campaigns are available on its Professional and Enterprise plans, and the pricing page lists WhatsApp among the extra marketing channels of Professional. With the currency set to EUR, the pricing page showed these plans on 15 October 2026:
| Brevo plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly (per month) | Listed with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 € | 0 € | No card needed |
| Starter | 7 € | 6.33 € | From 5,000 emails a month |
| Standard | 15 € | 13.50 € | Marketing automation, A/B tests |
| Professional | 499 € | 449.08 € | WhatsApp, from 150,000 emails a month, 10 users |
| Enterprise | On request | On request | For companies from 1 million contacts |
The credits. Brevo's help article on WhatsApp prices explains that WhatsApp credits are a prepaid add-on with no setup or licence fee, are not included in subscriptions and never expire. Each message uses several credits, depending on the recipient's country code and whether the template is marketing or utility. Since 1 October 2026, service replies and utility templates sent inside the 24-hour window are charged too, at the utility rate. If you run out of credits, messages wait until you buy more.
Karobar's plans are priced in US dollars. Individual is $20 a month for one user and 1,000 contacts, Team is $39 for three users and 5,000 contacts, Brand is $59 for five users and 15,000 contacts, and Enterprise is $199 for ten users and 50,000 contacts. WhatsApp broadcasts and the shared inbox are on every plan. Each plan includes AI credits (200, 400, 600 or 2,000 a month), extra credits cost $1 per 100, and paying yearly saves 12%. On the official WhatsApp API, Meta charges per message; our pricing calculator estimates it by country.
WhatsApp campaigns and broadcasts
On its WhatsApp page, Brevo describes itself as a certified WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. Its campaigns allow up to 1,024 characters with CTAs, videos and emojis, and WhatsApp messages can also be sent from automation workflows along the customer journey. Contacts can opt out with a marketing opt-out button in the template or by replying STOP, and Brevo handles that reply automatically.
Karobar's WhatsApp broadcasts are built for shops: you write templates in the app and send them to Meta for approval, keep phonebooks imported from CSV with opt-in marks, and contacts who reply with words like STOP are opted out. Replies to a broadcast arrive in the same inbox as Instagram, Messenger and TikTok chats, where your team answers them and can turn them into orders.
Inbox and chatbots
Brevo answers WhatsApp messages in its Conversations app, which also collects the website chat widget, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct. Brevo's help center notes that Conversations is not a community management tool, and that some features are not available for WhatsApp: chatbot scenarios, targeted chats and triggers, and the contact form. Saved replies, agents and groups do work for WhatsApp.
Karobar's unified inbox handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok DMs, plus comments from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn pages and YouTube and your Google Business Profile reviews. For automation it has keyword auto replies, conversation starters, WhatsApp chatbot flows and comment to DM on Instagram and Facebook. New chats are shared out to teammates in turn, a returning customer goes back to the same person, and only the assigned person replies. See team inbox.
Karobar AI drafts replies from your own products, prices and stock, and a person on your team sends them.
Your WhatsApp number
To connect WhatsApp to Brevo you need a phone number that is not linked to a personal or business WhatsApp account, your legal business name, address and website, and a display name that follows WhatsApp's rules. You can connect one WhatsApp Business account to Brevo, with several numbers on it. Brevo also offers a free virtual WhatsApp number that can only send WhatsApp messages; the business and display name are reviewed by Meta first, which can take up to five working days. A number on the WhatsApp Business Platform cannot be used in the WhatsApp app at the same time, though it can be migrated.
Karobar connects WhatsApp through the official Cloud API, or links a number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app, so a small shop can start with the number its customers already know.
Selling and orders
Brevo connects to more than 150 tools such as Shopify, WordPress, Stripe and Zapier, and its Professional plan adds e-commerce tools such as AI product recommendations, back-in-stock alerts and coupons. Karobar works without a web shop, for sellers whose shop is their Instagram or WhatsApp:
- Create an order from the chat with cash on delivery, advance or partial payment. See Sales Desk.
- Add the courier and tracking number, and message the customer when the order is confirmed, paid, shipped or delivered.
- Keep a product catalogue with variants and stock per warehouse, and sync your WhatsApp catalogue with Meta in both directions.
The limits, plainly: Karobar has no Shopify or WooCommerce integration, does not book couriers and sends no email or SMS.
Data protection
Brevo's GDPR page says Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, has complied with all GDPR provisions since 25 May 2018, and describes how customers can correct, export and delete their data and their contacts' data. Karobar Software is based in Lahore, Pakistan. See the privacy policy.
Switching considerations
- Decide what stays on email. Karobar does not send email, so keep newsletters where they are and move WhatsApp and social chats.
- Plan the WhatsApp number move. Ask both providers how your number and approved templates move across, and pick a quiet hour.
- Use your remaining credits. Brevo's WhatsApp credits never expire, so check your balance before you switch.
- Export your WhatsApp contacts and import them as a phonebook in Karobar, keeping their opt-in status.
- Use the trial. Run real chats, a broadcast and a few real orders through Karobar's 7-day trial before you decide.
How we checked
Every fact about Brevo on this page was checked on 15 October 2026 on Brevo's German website and help center, listed in the sources below. The pricing page opened in US dollars for our location, so we switched its currency menu to EUR and noted both the monthly and the yearly figures. We did not use review sites, third-party blogs or competitors' claims. Where we could not find a feature on Brevo's pages, we left it out rather than say it does not exist. Prices and features change, so check each company's pages before you buy, and tell us if anything here is out of date.
