A Karobar plan sets how many team members, WhatsApp numbers and ad accounts you can connect, and includes a monthly amount of AI credits. This page explains how credits work and where to manage your plan. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
How AI credits work
- Your plan's credits are topped back up to the same amount each month.
- Credits you buy are added on top and never expire.
- Only AI work uses credits. Your own automations, such as keyword auto replies, comment to DM and chatbot flows, use none.
| Uses credits | Free |
|---|---|
| AI reply drafts (about 0.08 credits each) | Keyword auto replies and comment to DM |
| Write with AI and Improve with AI | Chatbot flows |
| A new background in Enhance with AI | Fixing light and framing in Enhance with AI |
| Karobar AI questions and audits | Report sections marked No AI cost |
| AI-written report sections | Posting, scheduling and the inbox itself |
See what used your credits
- Open Settings → Usage & spending.
- See credits included, used and remaining for this period, split by area: messages, comments, reviews, automations, ads and creatives, Karobar AI and more.
- Open a day to see each AI action, or Export CSV for the full list.
Change plan, pay and download invoices
In Settings → Billing you see your current plan, its limits and the next billing date. Choose another plan, monthly or yearly (yearly saves money), and pay by card. Manage billing on Stripe updates your card, and Billing History lets you download each invoice. Plans bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by the App Store or Google Play and managed in your Apple or Google account.
Billing is for the account owner; team members do not see it.
If your plan ends
Most of Karobar locks until you renew in Settings → Billing. AI reply drafts can keep working for new messages using your remaining credits; turn that off in Billing if you want to stop using credits.
