您将获得什么
购买 Karobar 订阅后，您将获得为您的工作区使用 Karobar CRM 软件的许可，具体依据您在价格页面选择的方案。其中包括网页端访问，以及在提供的地区使用移动应用。不涉及实体产品、包装或快递配送。
送达时间
Access is granted immediately after successful payment (or immediately when a free trial starts). Sign in at app.karobar.io or in the mobile apps with the account you used at checkout. If you cannot log in within a few minutes of payment, contact us at support@karobar.io or 03054410164 and we will help within two business days.
不涉及商品发货或退货
Karobar 不发运商品、不接受货到付款，也不处理实物退货。任何退货或退款规则仅适用于订阅费用，详见我们的退款、退货与取消政策。
许可范围
您的许可适用于与您账户绑定的一个 Karobar 工作区。您邀请的团队成员在您的方案限额内使用同一个工作区。该许可不可转让，并在您的订阅失效或您删除账户时终止。
平台与服务可用性
Karobar 依赖第三方消息和广告平台（Meta、WhatsApp、TikTok、YouTube、Snapchat、Google 等）。这些平台的故障或政策变更不属于发货延迟，也不在我们的快递控制范围之内。当我们的系统受到影响时，我们会尽快恢复 Karobar 服务。
