Parties

Yeh terms aap aur Karobar Software, 61-B, Faisal Town, Lahore, Pakistan ke darmiyan hain. Karobar.io, mobile apps aur web CRM ko collectively Service kaha jata hai.

Personal data ko hamari Privacy Policy mein bataye gaye tareeqay se handle kiya jata hai. Refunds, cancellation aur trials hamari Refund, Return aur Cancellation policy mein bataye gaye hain. Woh pages is agreement ka hissa hain.

Service

Karobar aik software product hai jo subscription licence ke taur par diya jata hai: social sellers ke liye ek shared inbox aur CRM, jis mein connected channels par unified messaging, AI-assisted drafts, ek sales desk, product catalog, team collaboration aur insights shamil hain. Licence

Hum aap ko aik active subscription ya trial ke dauran apne business ke liye Service use karne ka aik limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence dete hain. Aap Service ko resell, sublicense, reverse engineer ya kisi competing product ko banane ke liye use nahi kar sakte.

Intellectual property

Karobar Software Service ka malik hai, jis mein software, design, trademarks aur documentation shamil hain. Aap us content aur business data ke malik hain jo aap apne workspace mein dalte hain.

Aap ka account

Aap ko accurate details deni hongi aur apne credentials ko secure rakhna hoga. Har platform ke saath aap ka relationship sirf us platform ke terms aur policies ke tehat hota hai. Aap is baat ki tasdeeq karte hain ke aap un terms ki breach kiye baghair Karobar ko yeh access dene ke haqdaar hain. Agar koi platform hamara API access wapas le leta hai, ya aap isay revoke kar dete hain, to mutaliqa features kaam karna band kar sakte hain.

Aap Settings mein kisi bhi waqt channel ko disconnect kar sakte hain.

YouTube

Karobar aap ke connect kiye gaye channels ke liye YouTube inbox, comments, publishing aur insights provide karne ke liye YouTube API Services use karta hai.

Un YouTube features ko use kar ke aap YouTube's Terms of Service se bound hone par agree karte hain.

Google Business Profile

Agar aap Google Business Profile connect karte hain, to Karobar is connection ko sirf aap ke manage kiye gaye locations aur reviews dikhane aur product se aap ke bheje gaye review replies ko post ya delete karne ke liye use karta hai.

Google kisi bhi waqt API access ko badal ya revoke kar sakta hai. Google ke is access ko suspend karne se hone wale kisi bhi nuksan ke hum liable nahi hain.

Aap ka content

Aap un messages, media, product listings, reviews replies aur doosre content ke malik hain jo aap ya aap ke customers Karobar mein dalte hain. Aap Karobar Software ko sirf aap ke liye Service chalane ke liye zaroori had tak us content ko process karne ka aik limited licence dete hain.

Aap ki zimmadariyan

Acceptable use

Karobar ko spam, unlawful sales, harassment, ya kisi bhi aisi cheez ke liye use na karein jo connected platform ke rules ko breach karti ho. Rate limits ko bypass karne, doosre tenants ke data ko access karne, ya bina agreement ke service ko resell karne ki koshish na karein.

Plans, billing aur trials

Paid plans web par purchase kiye jate hain aur cancel hone tak aap ke chune gaye interval par khud-ba-khud renew hote hain. Aap ka data

Hum features ko badal sakte hain, aur jahan koi change aap ki paid cheezon ko kafi had tak kam karegi, hum munasib notice denge.

Indemnity

Aap aap ke content, aap ke customers, connected platforms ke aap ke use, ya in terms ya kisi platform ke rules ki breach se paida hone wale claims, losses aur costs ke khilaf Karobar Software ko indemnify karenge.

Agreement ka ikhtitaam

Aap kisi bhi waqt Karobar istemal band kar ke account delete kar sakte hain. Hum in terms ki shadid ya bar bar khilaf warzi par, ya jahan platform zaroorat ho, account suspend ya khatam kar sakte hain. Delete par workspace hatane ke liye schedule hota hai aur 14 din ki muddat mein restore ho sakta hai.

Liability

Qanoon ki ijazat ki had tak Karobar ko as-is provide kiya jata hai. Service se paida hone wale kisi bhi claim ke liye hamari total liability un fees tak limited hai jo aap ne claim paida karne wale event se barah maheenay pehle Karobar Software ko pay ki thin, siwaye wahan ke jahan qanoon is limit ki ijazat nahi deta. Hum indirect ya consequential loss, lost profits, ya kisi connected platform (jis mein Google ya YouTube shamil hain) ki taraf se apni service badalne ya suspend karne se hone wale nuksan ke liable nahi hain.

In terms mein tabdeeliyaan

Hum is page par updates post karte hain. Kisi change ke post hone ke baad bhi Service use karte rehna updated terms ko accept karna samjha jayega.

Governing law

Yeh terms Pakistan ke laws ke tehat hain. Disputes Lahore ki courts ke exclusive jurisdiction ke tehat aate hain, siwaye wahan ke jahan aap ke mulk ka mandatory consumer law kuch aur demand kare.
