Refund, Return aur Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026. Karobar is a digital subscription — there are no physical goods to ship or return. This policy explains trials, cancellation, and when we refund.
Hum kya bechte hain
Karobar ek product ka software-as-a-service subscription licence hai jis ke kai plans hain (Pricing dekhein). Karobar ke zariye koi physical products, courier delivery ya cash-on-delivery orders nahi hote.
Free trial
Naye workspaces mein 7 din ka trial ho sakta hai jis ke liye payment card zaroori nahi. Trial ke dauran aap apne plan ki hadood ke mutabiq Service istemal kar sakte hain. Agar trial paid subscription ke baghair khatam ho jaye to workspace sirf parhne ke liye reh jata hai aur aap ka data us waqt tak mehfooz rehta hai jab tak aap subscribe nahi karte ya account delete nahi karte. Trials free hain, is liye refund ka koi sawal nahi.
Subscriptions ya credits par koi refund nahi
Subscription fees aur AI credit top-ups pehle se ada kiye jate hain aur wapas nahi hote. Hum billing period ke baqi din, istemal na hue AI credits ya downgrade ke farq ka refund nahi karte. Cancel karne se aainda charges ruk jate hain, lekin pehle se ada kiye hue waqt ka refund aap ka haq nahi banta.
Cancelling
Aap web CRM mein Billing se kisi bhi waqt subscription cancel kar sakte hain. Cancellation us muddat ke ikhtitaam par moasar hoti hai jo aap ne ada ki hai — tab tak poori access barqarar rehti hai, aur dobara charge nahi hota.
Billing ki ghaltiyan
If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation has taken effect, or a charge when paid access was never granted — contact us and we will reverse it. Email support@karobar.io from the address on the account with the invoice or charge date.
Upgrades aur downgrades
Upgrade fori moasar hota hai aur baqi muddat ke liye pro rata charge hota hai. Downgrade agli renewal par moasar hota hai, is liye tab tak higher plan ki limits barqarar rehti hain.
Failed payments
Agar renewal payment fail ho to hum dobara koshish karte hain aur aap ko email karte hain. Agar lagatar fail rahe to subscription khatam ho jati hai aur workspace read-only ho jata hai, delete nahi — payment hal karne par aap ka data ab bhi mojood hai.
