Only the AI features pause. Inbox, chats, orders, contacts and team all keep working as before. You can top up any time, or wait for next month’s balance.
Top up any time from billing in Settings — $1 gets you 100 credits. Purchased credits never expire.
Your balance is topped back up to your plan’s amount each month. Credits you bought sit on top of that separately — those are never reduced.
Karobar does not charge for messages. Having the AI draft or auto-reply does use credits — a reply you write yourself does not.
