In Karobar, open Settings, then Channels. 2. Choose Instagram and sign in. 3. Allow Karobar to manage messages and comments. 4. Send a test DM from another account and check the inbox. ### Good to know - Normal replies for 24 hours after the customer's last message; a person can still reply for up to 7 days. - Meta allows one private reply per comment; comment to DM uses it. - Comments on posts appear in the comments view, separate from DMs. FAQ ## Instagram: common questions Any other questions?
