# Use the content calendar

Find, move and fix your posts by month, week, day or list.

The **Calendar** in Social Content shows every post you have planned, waiting for approval, posted or failed, across all your accounts. Use it to see the week at a glance, move posts and catch anything that did not go out.

## Choose a view and filter it

- **View:** Month, Week, Day or List. Use **Earlier** and **Later** to move through time.
- **Show:** Everything, Scheduled, In review, Posted or Failed.
- **Network:** one network, or all of them.

Times are shown in your time zone. To start a post on a particular day, click that day and choose **New post**.

## Move a post

1. Find the post on the calendar.
2. Drag it to another day or time, or open it, choose **Move** and pick the new time.

A few things to know:

- The new time has to be in the future.
- If the post needed approval, moving it sends it back for approval.
- A draft only moves on the calendar. It is not scheduled until you post it.

## What the labels mean

| Label | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Draft | Saved, not scheduled. |
| In review | Waiting for someone to approve it. |
| Changes requested | Sent back with notes. |
| Scheduled | Goes out at its time. |
| Posting | Going out now. |
| Posted | Live on every account. |
| Partly posted | Live on some accounts, failed on others. |
| Failed | Did not go out. |
| Waiting · campaign paused | Part of a paused campaign; it waits until the campaign is on again. |

## Fix posts that did not go out

The Social Content home lists **Posts that didn't go out**, each with a hint:

- **Reconnect the account** in Settings → Channels, then try again.
- **Something in the post needs changing:** open it, fix it, and post again.
- **The network asked us to slow down:** try again a little later.

Use **Try again**, **Open** to change the post, or **Dismiss** to clear it from the list.

### Can I see posts from one network only?

Yes. Choose it in the Network filter. The Show filter narrows it further, for example to failed posts.

### The calendar says it is showing the first 600 posts.

There are more posts in that range than fit at once. Narrow it with the filters, or pick a shorter view.
