# Start your free trial and set up your account

Sign up, connect a channel, add your products and business details, and bring in your team.

This is the shortest path from signing up to answering your first customer in Karobar. It takes about ten minutes, and you can stop after any step and come back later.

## 1. Create your account

1. On [karobar.io](https://karobar.io/), click **Start free trial**.
2. Sign up with Google, with Apple, or with your email address. With email, Karobar sends you a code to type in; there is no password to remember.
3. Karobar opens your new workspace. The free trial lasts 7 days and needs no card.

You can also sign in to the same account in the Karobar app on your [iPhone or Android phone](https://karobar.io/mobile-app). Everything you set up on the web is there too.

## 2. Follow the setup checklist

A new workspace opens with a short checklist with three steps: tell Karobar about your business, connect your channels, and try the AI. It disappears once you have done all three.

## 3. Connect your first channel

Go to **Settings → Channels** and connect the app where most of your customers write to you. Each channel has its own short guide:

New messages start arriving in the inbox as soon as a channel is connected.

## 4. Add your products and business details

Karobar AI writes its reply drafts from what you tell it. The more it knows, the fewer drafts you need to change.

- **Products:** add them in **Commerce → Inventory**, one by one or from a spreadsheet, with prices, variants and stock.
- **Business details:** in **AI Assist → Business Info**, write your delivery times and charges, payment methods and return rules once.

## 5. Bring in your team

If other people answer customers with you, add them now so nobody shares a phone or a password. See [Add team members and share out the work](https://karobar.io/help/add-your-team).

## 6. Choose a plan before the trial ends

In **Settings → Billing**, pick the plan that fits how many people and channels you have. Plans and what they include are on the [pricing page](https://karobar.io/pricing).

### Do I need a card to start the free trial?

No. The 7-day free trial needs no card. You choose a plan in Settings → Billing when you are ready.

### Do I need to install anything?

No. Karobar works in your browser at app.karobar.io. The iPhone and Android apps are there when you want them, with the same account.

### Can I connect more than one channel?

Yes. Connect every channel you sell on; how many accounts of each kind you can add depends on your plan.
