# Set up your brand kit

Logo, colours, fonts and tone, so Karobar AI writes and designs like you.

Your brand kit tells Karobar AI what your business looks and sounds like. **Write with AI** uses it to write captions in your voice, and **Enhance with AI** uses your logo. Fill it in once, from the **Brand** tab in Social Content.

## The basics (five minutes)

1. **Fill this in from your website** (optional): paste your website address and Karobar AI suggests your colours, look and way of talking. Click **Use what we found** to keep them.
2. **Your logo:** a PNG with a see-through background works best. Karobar reads your colours from it.
3. **Brand colours:** three colours your posts are made with. Tap one found in your logo or website, or pick your own.
4. **How you talk:** how your business speaks to customers, so captions sound like you.

A line at the top shows how ready the kit is for Karobar AI.

## Going further

The full brand kit adds more detail when you want it:

| Section | What it holds |
| --- | --- |
| Logos | Your logo files. |
| Colours | Each colour and what it is for, with a check that text stays easy to read on it. |
| Fonts | Fonts for headlines and body text, from Google fonts or system fonts. |
| Logo on posts | Where the logo goes, its size and visibility, and an optional faint watermark on photos. |
| Voice & tone | How your captions should sound. |
| Content themes | The topics you post about. |
| Restricted words | Words Karobar AI should never use. |
| Brand files | Brand guidelines (PDF), past posts, ads or packaging. Karobar AI reads them and shows what it learned, such as colours and fonts you can adopt. |
| What Karobar AI knows | A summary of your profile, products, sales, customer messages and best posts that it uses when it writes. Refresh it after big changes. |

### Do I have to fill in the brand kit to use Write with AI?

No, but Karobar asks first: without it the words will be generic. You can fill it in or choose Write anyway.

### Does AI post anything on its own?

No. Write with AI and Improve with AI only change the caption in front of you. You decide what gets posted.
