# Connect your Google Business Profile

Connect your locations to answer reviews, publish posts and see your Google numbers.

Connect your Google Business Profile to answer reviews from the Karobar inbox, publish posts to your profile from Social Content, and see how people find you on Google. One Google sign-in covers every location you choose.

## Connect your locations

You need a Google Business Profile with at least one location, and to sign in with a Google account that manages it.

1. In Karobar, open **Settings → Channels** and choose the **Google Reviews** card.
2. Click **Connect** and sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
3. Choose which locations to connect.
4. Your existing reviews sync first, then new ones keep coming in.

## What you can do once connected

- **Reviews:** every review arrives in the inbox with its stars. Your reply publishes on Google, and you can edit or remove it later.
- **Posts:** schedule updates to your profile from Social Content. They appear on your profile in Google Search and Maps, where people can view and share them. Google posts do not take comments or replies.
- **Insights:** your rating, how the stars are spread, and the searches that found your profile.

### I have several branches. Does that work?

Yes. Choose all the locations when you connect. The reviews desk has a location switcher.

### Does this connect Gmail or Google Calendar too?

No. The Business Profile connection covers reviews, posts and insights only.
