# Build and schedule a business report

Pick a report type, check what it covers, then share it or have it emailed.

**Reports** turns your own sales, stock, ads, pages and inbox into an in-depth report you can share, download or have emailed every week or month. You see exactly what a report will include before anything runs.

## Report types

| Type | What it covers |
| --- | --- |
| Sales summary | Revenue, orders, best sellers, customers and team sales. |
| COD & returns | Confirmations, deliveries, returns, fake orders and cash still to collect. |
| Profit & margin | What you earn per product, from your cost prices. |
| Stock health | What runs out soon, what is out of stock and what is not selling. |
| Lead pipeline | New leads by source, how many became customers, and campaign results. |
| Ad account audit | Health, wasted spend and budget allocation for your ad accounts. |
| Page performance | Reach, posts and growth for your pages and profiles. |
| Inbox performance | Message volume, reply times, what customers ask and who is waiting. |
| Team performance | Sales and replies per team member, and what automations handled. |
| Social selling funnel | From ad spend and chats to leads, orders and delivered sales. |

## Build one

1. Open **Reports** and click **New report**.
2. Pick a report type, or choose **Describe it** and write what you need, such as "a monthly report for my client on their ads and what they actually sold". Click **Plan my report**.
3. Check **What this report will answer**. Move, remove or add sections, and add up to 3 questions of your own. Each section is marked **No AI cost** or **AI written**, and sections that do not apply to your accounts are skipped.
4. Choose the depth (**Standard** costs less, **Deep** goes further), the accounts (leave empty to cover your 3 most active), the dates and a title.
5. Build it. When it is ready you can read it in Karobar or click **Download PDF**.

## Share and schedule

- **Share & copy link** gives anyone a read-only link, in light or dark. **Stop sharing** turns the link off.
- **Regenerate for…** builds the same report for another period; **Duplicate**, **Rename**, **Pin** and **Delete** are in the same menu.
- **Schedule** rebuilds it weekly or monthly, on the day and time you choose, for the period just ended, and emails it. People outside your team get the share link; your team opens it in Karobar. Use **Run now** for an extra copy.

### Do reports use AI credits?

Only the sections marked AI written. Sections marked No AI cost are free. If credits run out mid-report, the AI sections are left out; top up and regenerate to complete it.

### Can I send a report to a client who has no Karobar login?

Yes. Share its link, or add their email to a schedule: people outside your team receive the share link.
