# Karobar: for social sellers

Many sellers run their whole shop on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, with tools that were never built for them. Karobar is a CRM that brings their messages, AI reply drafts and orders into one place.

Our belief

“Save Time, Grow Your Business.”

Social sellers spend hours answering the same questions: size, price, delivery, COD. That time should go toward growing the business, not copy-pasting replies. Karobar gives that time back.

Mission

Professional-grade customer management for every social seller, from a phone.

What we build

A web app at app.karobar.io that works on phone and desktop, with iOS and Android apps on the way.

Who we serve

- Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp shop owners
- WhatsApp-first businesses that sell via chat
- Small teams managing customer conversations at scale

## Karobar at a glance

**What it is**

A CRM for sellers who sell through chat: one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and TikTok messages, with comments, orders, products and AI reply drafts beside it.

**Where it runs**

In your browser at app.karobar.io, on phone and desktop. Nothing to install.

**How it connects**

Through Meta's and TikTok's official business tools. Karobar does not use unofficial WhatsApp apps.

**How AI is used**

Karobar AI writes reply drafts from your own products, prices and business details. Nothing it writes is sent without your say-so.

**Languages**

The app works in English, Roman Urdu, Urdu, Arabic, German, Malay and Thai. This website is also in Chinese.

**Who builds it**

Karobar Software, a team based in Lahore, Pakistan.
